Mr. Dennis is the Managing Partner of Dennis Duncan & Covington LLP, a California licensed Certified Public Accounting firm located in Los Angeles, and will serve as the funds Chief Financial Officer and Fund Controller. During Mr. Dennis nearly twenty years of public accounting, he has held several leadership positions with national and regional accounting firms; as well as a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Dennis has a unique skill set; in addition to his diverse accounting and SEC background, he holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting. Mr. Dennis also serves on the Board of several Lo Angeles based non-profits. In addition to his community involvement, Mr. Dennis is very involved in many professional accounting organizations. Through the years, Mr. Dennis has been recognized by these professional organizations for his accomplishments; including, being recognized as one of the youngest African-American Partners in a Top 100 Accounting Firm at the age of 35. In 2016, Boomer (a national public accounting consortium) selected Mr. Dennis as one of its “Emerging Leaders in Public Accounting”. During that same year, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants elected Mr. Dennis to serve on its Statewide Technology Committee.
